1. Digital Products
   We deal in digital products (such as e-books, templates, and other digital downloads) that are intangible and cannot be returned. Since our products are digital files delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once the purchase is complete and the download link has been generated. All sales are final.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
   We may offer a refund or replacement only in the following specific situations:

Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.

Corrupt File: If the digital file you receive is corrupt or defective, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue or provide a working file within 48 hours of your complaint.
